Minato is alive and is the fourth hokage, but he severely neglects Naruto because he blames Naruto for Kushina's death and just doesn't show him any attention or love, and the village, Sakura, Sasuke, and the rest of the Konoha 12 don't treat him well either. The only one really there for him is Kakashi, but will his support be enough to help Naruto?
(Sorry, I suck at descriptions)

What was supposed to be a noble sacrifice begins to crumble under the weight of reality. The boy he entrusted to the village is not seen as a hero, but as a monster. Isolation, hatred, and silent suffering shape Naruto's early years, carving wounds far deeper than Minato ever imagined. Faced with the consequences of his own decision, Minato refuses to remain a distant guardian bound by death and legacy. Instead, he makes a choice that defies the original path of fate- He stays. Not as a legend. Not as a memory. But as a father. From within Naruto's inner world, Minato becomes his constant presence-guiding him, protecting him, and giving him the one thing he was always denied: unconditional love. But a single change in destiny is never small. As Naruto grows under Minato's guidance, his strength, personality, and bonds begin to shift. Relationships change. Enemies emerge differently. The balance of power across the shinobi world slowly tilts. And as the ripples of this decision spread, one question remains: If the Child of Prophecy walks a different path... what kind of future will the world of shinobi face?

Rock Bottom - A Team 7 Story [Completed]
"You know, the thing about failure is that it only makes me want to try harder." . . Minato and Kushina survived the Kyuubi attack, the Uchiha Massacre never happened, Orochimaru never became a missing nin. What could go wrong? A lot of things actually, Uzumaki-Namikaze Naruto is shunned by the village, his father ignores him, and his mother disappeared. Sasuke was always a failure to his clan, nothing he did would ever be good enough for them. Kakashi was endlessly reminded that he would never be as great as the White Fang was. And Sakura was abandoned by her parents, who left her in Konoha while they do god-knows-what. Nobody expected them to amount to anything, but that only gave them the incentive to prove everyone wrong. This is the story of Team 7, the team of failures and rejects with a dream to make it to the top. . . . HIGHEST RANK: #338 in Fanfiction (10/28/17), #3 in Naruto (8/11/18) Sequel: Ascending (be sure to check it out after!!) Romance isn't the main genre but the pairings will be SasuNaru and GaaSaku.
