Blood dripped down their face,from their teeth, red stains up there arms and on their tattered clothing their eyes empty, not even the essence of their souls remaining in those sunken grey eyes. They stagger forward in unison as if sharing the same body, the same mind. Their lips part and moans come from the small part. The sound of their shuffling feet combined with their moans filling the air. Emma grips my arm as she lay on the ground tears welling in her eyes, her ankle already beginning to swell from the break. Her lips parting and blood pooling in her mouth, Ina my black lab growls her ears back as they approach us, her hair standing up. The spot were Emma was bit spits out blood as the color drains from her face, her hand weakening on my arm. "Oh Emma, I'm so sorry!" I murmur raising my gun aiming it at her head and pulling the trigger. The sound reverberating out, leaving my ears ringing. She was GONE like everyone else I once loved, held dear to my heart, GONE FOREVER.
