Vivo ut Scribam(I live so that I may write) Some people write poetry for inspiration. I write because my body keeps negotiating with gravity. Living with Spinal Muscular Atrophy means learning the strange physics of existence - waiting rooms, medicine, grief, imagination, and the quiet defiance of continuing to live anyway. These poems explore the mind when the body refuses to cooperate: anxiety before treatment, memories that refuse to fade, cosmic questions, love, rage, and the strange beauty of still being here. Some poems are quiet observations. Some are confessions. Some are worlds built from nothing but thought. This collection is ongoing. As long as I am alive, I will keep writing. Vivo ut Scribam. Every one of these poems can be originally found on my website: https://rebelwheelsblog.wordpress.com/creative-content/poetry/ I did so some tweaking.

What do you do when the world is quiet but your mind won't shut up? 3 AM Unsent Messages is a haunting, intimate collection of fragmented thoughts, whispered confessions, and emotional snapshots scribbled in the dark. Equal parts journal, poetry, and stream-of-consciousness therapy, this book captures the sleepless moments where memories hit hardest, regrets echo loudest, and truths are too raw to say aloud. With the vulnerable honesty of a midnight voicemail and the strange comfort of a stranger's open diary, these unsent messages explore love, loss, nostalgia, and the beautiful chaos of being awake when everyone else is dreaming. This is not a book you read... it's one you feel. This is especially made for anyone who has ever stared at the ceiling and thought, "I shouldn't be feeling this much right now."
