so.. the new 2026 movie of wuthering heights elicited much of difference of opinion. and i understand and support that difference of opinion, and i totally get where the literature fans are coming from with this new adaptation.
that being said, i am a big fan of jacob elordi, and cinematic shots of the moors of yorkshire (where the book took place). so, here is my wuthering heights gothic fiction take, very different, but just as toxic.
it does not follow the plot of wuthering heights, so consider this a different story completely, but i love the cinematography of the movie, so i'm keeping that the same.
this reads as a long one shot and is kind of disorganized, i'd love to hear your thoughts!
