Jungkook had a plan.
A good plan. A solid plan. A plan Yoongi had made him rehearse until he could recite it in his sleep.
Kim Taehyung looked up from the roses.
What plan.

Taehyung smiled politely. The kind of warm respectful smile reserved for someone elderly.
"You must be Yoongi's father! Welcome to Jinwol Estate sir."
Jungkook opened his mouth.
"Breathtaking," he said.

Silence.

A hand closed around his wrist.
Tight.
Very tight.
"He means the garden," Yoongi said, appearing from nowhere, smile perfectly calm, grip absolutely murderous. "My father loves gardens. Don't you. Father."
The grip tightened by approximately one thousand percent.

Jungkook blinked.
Came back to earth.
"Yes," he said, clearing his throat. "The garden. Remarkable. Very - green."
Taehyung looked around at the garden with a pleased smile.
"Thank you! We just had it redone actually-"
"Beautiful," Jungkook sighed, eyes not even remotely near the garden.

Behind him Yoongi was aggressively pretending to be dead.
