In a destructed nation, people are struggling to stand for a living while everything around them crumbles. While on the dangerous slopes of Mt. Sierre, Rio Isabelle Gregorio stays behind to nurse for the sick and wounded, motivated by a past life-saving favor she had.

She eventually teams up with Captain Kristoff Lozano, a soldier who has grown cold from years of constant fighting. As they battle both the war outside and the sadness within, they prove that even at the end of the world, every life is still worth fighting for.
