The Hero Ripper

Set in the world of Dispatch, heroes are everywhere. They're on TV, on buses, on merch. They sit at the top in their penthouse of obliviousness while the weak scrabble for scraps at the bottom. The villains aren't much better, with many of them thinking themselves gods thanks to Shroud's technology. And the Phoenix Program, nothing but criminals masquerading as heroes and failing. It is the responsibility of The Hero Ripper to purge this world of false idols until only the true embodiments of their titles remain. They will drown this world in the blood of the deceivers, and nothing will stop them.

A/N: This OC of mine is based heavily on Hero Killer Stain from My Hero Academia. Same ideals, similar appearance, similar superpower. I am aware of this. I just think Dispatch needs a character like this, okay? One of my first fics btw, pwease be nice im just a lil guy.
