The world has been corrupted by nuclear radiation leaving anomalies around the world.
The rich and powerful have long since left the earth and are now residing in the "embryo" and Mars. But even then they hadn't completely evaded the radiation.
While the poor and vile were stuck on earth , striving for survival. Most ended up horribly disfigured and others extraordinarily changed.
In such a time , a mysterious man sends out admission letters to young youths residing on earth, the embryo and Mars to attend his institution for "talented" mutations to harvest and grow their powers. Leaving many questions unanswered.

I am a reader of crime novels and hard science fiction almost exclusively, and yet this story, which I have been writing for a long time, is a love story, I can't explain it even to myself. The characters will have to work through hardship and evolve to be able to surrender to the magical things around them and the flow of the universe and the love of other people. They have forgotten that Maxig is just a seed in the whole cosmos that has different universes with different interesting inhabitants. What happens when they find out that the Wizards of the Black Circle aren't as bad as the Winx thought at first? What if Bloom was jealous of her because she is stronger than she is?
