There was silence everywhere, the kind that promises a coming storm.

What am I supposed to say that I have seen you pointing a gun on a man's head and shooting him dead . That you are a cruel psychopath. A blood thirsty monster ?

Something cold touched my hand.
I blinked.
And the rain began.

It's better to deal with this now and end things clearly rather than wait and ask for a divorce later after everything has fallen apart.

I was trying to convince myself to tell him clearly.

His gaze met mine. But this time it was different. He was looking at me from top to bottom. And I could see his fist clenching. It took me a second to realise the reason behind this.

The rain was light, but enough to dampen the thin white cloth. It wasn't soaked through - just slightly translucent in places. And that was enough to make me shift uncomfortably because I was surrounded by his male guards.

A thought ran across my mind to run towards the car and get inside. But as I was about to open the door of the car , I was pressed against the same door.

From my peripheral vision I could see those male guards drifting away leaving only two of us behind.

He came close and instinctively I put my hands on his chest to create some space to breathe. To my disappointment , he came extremely close so that I could smell his cologne mixed with the cigarette that he smokes.

His breath was fanning my cheek as I turned my face to the left.
