A collection of poems about the things I never said out loud. About loving quietly. About feeling invisible in a room full of people. About pretending to be okay. These aren't poems. They're the thoughts that stayed.

𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗩𝗜𝗘𝗪🌺 I stepped into the ICU. Sunghoon was sleeping. Pale face, eyelashes resting on his cheeks, and a bandage around his head. In this moment, he was nothing like my husband. Not lovely. Not healthy. Tears rolled down my cheeks, every step I took towards him cost me another tear. My fingers trembled when I felt his cold skin beneath my palm. I gently ran a hand over his forehead. He stirred, eyes slowly opened. I softly smiled for him. Yet he tensed up. "Who are you?" He asked. "You...you don't know me?" "No, I don't." I pulled my hand away like I was burned. He was just there. Yet so far away. From me. I was nowhere in his memories. He forgot me.
