At long last, All For One, Tomura Shigaraki, and the rest of the Paranormal Liberation Front have been defeated once and for all. As a result, a new era of peace begins as society heals and rebuilds following the aftermath of the Final War. Class 1-A moves up a grade as they continue their usual studies and training, as well as dealing with the lasting effects of the war... Or is it?

Months later, new A class villain appeared, bitter and rejected researcher named Tsubasa is the mastermind of the organization that kidnaps five brilliant minds-David Shield, Melissa Shield, Nezu, Power Loader, and Mei Hatsume-to witness his life's work: the Quantum Resonance Interstate Conduit (QRIC), a machine designed to eliminate traffic problem by creating portals. When heroes close in, Tsubasa activates the machine prematurely, and it overloads, tearing open a doorway to another dimension. David and Melissa Shield are sucked through and vanish, leaving their world in shock and grief.

The Shields land in the ruined world of the unknown and unfamiliar, a place without Quirks where monsters spontaneously transform from humans, animals, or objects, driven by corruption or obsession, and the Heroes that kill. How will they survive and how long will be they rescued in another world?
