Sunrise In the Rain

Rain patters along the rooftop, relentless in its drumming. A beautiful sound, but one that sounds all too similar to blood splattering on hard surfaces. Yet the rain is always wasted on nights that don't deserve it. People seem to think it's gloomy. Some even call it a sign of bad times to come. Nevertheless, is it not rain that brings life? Rain that cools and provides sustaining nutrients to everything on the planet. Life that then seeps into the earth and goes through a long process just to get passed through a body and evaporate, and then start the cycle all over? Is it not rain that reflects its environment, in purity and in light? Rain is more than just a symbol of times to come.
It's also all that was.

I in no way shape or form own any character outside of my own character Raito Kuramori. This story has been off and on, so I am more than welcome to constructive criticism. That being said I will not tolerate inappropriate behavior, but feel free to leave comments and suggestions as to what should happen! Predictions would be wonderful. I have a plan as to how this story will go, but nothing is set in stone. As of now I have 80 pages written down, though most are unedited and need heavy revision. Sadly, I do have a life outside of writing, so I may not post often. Though if this story garners a lot of attention, I will definitely work more to get the chapters posted. If you decide to read this, I hope you enjoy it! Warning, however- this story will talk about mature themes such as mental illness, suicide, self-harm, possible sex talk and other things of the like. Do not push yourself if any of these trigger you. Also, the story may change! It may get edited more.
