Chains of the Heart

Amrah grew up believing that love was supposed to protect you.

But life taught her something very different.

Born after years of pain and sacrifice, Amrah was the only child her parents ever had. Her mother fought through humiliation, miscarriages, and a dangerous surgery just to bring her into the world. For a short time, it seemed like their family had finally found happiness.

But happiness did not last.

Pressure from her father's family slowly destroyed the peace in their home. The man who once celebrated Amina's birth became cold and distant. Soon, betrayal, lies, and cruelty tore the family apart. When her father divorced her mother and tried to take away the only home they had left, Amina witnessed a side of life she was never prepared for.

With only her mother beside her, Amina grows up carrying the silent wounds of abandonment.

Just when she thinks she has found love in university, her heart is broken again-this time by the man she thought would never leave her.

Now Amina must face the hardest question of her life:

Can a heart that has been broken so many times ever learn to love again?
