Sanada is Rick's sister. She's Daryl's wife. She's in the group on the outskirts of Atlanta. She met Daryl and Merle in the beginning of the apocalypse while on the run with Shane and a few others. They brought them back and she got along with Daryl.
She got it with Daryl then they got married and she got pregnant with his first child. She now has a 4 month old son named Dax. She ends up reuniting with Rick.
