I main Junkrat

This story is a sequel to "A Friendly Rivalry," the last bit of official lore Blizzard threw at us before going silent again about Junkertown. In that story, the Queen snatches up Junkrat's only treasure-with Wrecking Ball helping her-and that's it. That's where Blizzard left him. No closure, no justice. Just loss.

So this? This is what happens after. This is what they didn't show you.

This is Junkrat completely falling apart. Not in the funny "haha explodey boy" kind of way. In the real way. In my opinion..
And yeah, I'm pissed. Because this character? He's made to be hated. Made to be comic relief. Made to be the freak, the weirdo, the chaos-for-chaos-sake. But fuck that. He's more. He's been more this whole time. And nobody gives a shit.

But I do. Maybe too much.

So if you're reading this, don't expect something clean or polished or nice. It's messy. It's sharp. It's full of anger, loss, and all the shit people pretend doesn't exist when they look at someone like Junkrat.
