Isabella Thorne has seen her fair share of hospitals in her short lifetime. Diagnosed with fibromyalgia at a young age, Izzy has spent the majority of her childhood and adolescence in various different hospitals all over the U.S., with little to no success in treating her excruciatingly painful condition. Now, at twenty-two, she is giving another hospital one more chance to fix her broken body, and in the process of being treated, Izzy meets John Carter, a confident but sweet doctor who catches Izzy's eye immediately. As she spends more time with him, her feelings for John increasingly grow through the weeks, but when a sudden health crisis threatens Izzy's life, she must decide between keeping her relationship professional with the doctor or giving in to her love-stricken heart.

The story will thrive on the clash between Taehyung's Seoul-bred arrogance and Jungkook's Busan-bred sass. While their families represent two different kinds of power-Money vs. Law-the two "brats" will find themselves at odds before the "slow burn" romance begins to ignite.
