Interlinked

After years of being a prisoner of his own mind, James Buchanan Barnes, also called Bucky Barnes, was finally free from Hydra, the terrorist organisation who held him kept for 70 years as a soldier, also known as The Winter Soldier.
Steve Rogers, his dear friend since birth, after helping Bucky get rid of Hydra, decided to integrate him in the Avengers, knowing he'd be of great help.
It was almost two years since Bucky joined them, even started to live with them at their facility, the compound, when the Avenger life became a routine: Train, go out on missions, fight enemies, help people in danger.... It felt good to finally help someone after being the danger for so many years, finally being able to put the past behind.
Or at least, until someone entered in his life, changing it all.

A girl, a mysterious girl who no one seemed to know anything about, who also seemed to know more than she should of his past, magically appears in Bucky's life whilst he was in a mission, in Indiana. After the first time the two of them exchanged a look, nothing went back as it was.
