The Pull I Couldn't Ignore

Jungkook stood frozen.

His breathing uneven, heart racing so loudly he was sure the entire room could hear it. Every time Kim Taehyung stepped into the same space, the air changed-heavy, overwhelming, impossible to escape.

That man had a way of owning the room... and somehow, owning Jungkook's thoughts too.

"How long will you keep running from me, Jungkook?"

The deep voice echoed in his head again and again, sending a shiver down his spine. Jungkook hated the effect Taehyung had on him-the way his calm shattered, the way his nerves unraveled without warning.

He never understood what string Taehyung kept pulling inside him.

Run as far as you can.

And I will chase you.

Now Taehyung stood right in front of him, tall and imposing, his presence suffocating in the quiet space between them. Jungkook barely had the patience to stay still-if his legs would move, he would run.

But Taehyung only leaned closer, his voice low and certain.

"I will marry only you."

And somehow... no one could resist that.
