Low Tide

Seventeen-year-old Rhiannon Whitmore has spent every summer at her family's quiet East Coast beach house, where the days are slow, the town is small, and nothing ever really changes. But the summer before her first semester of college, she meets Elias Belmount, a charming nineteen-year-old who brings late-night drives along the coast, hidden bonfires, and a kind of freedom she's never known.
