Cameron Cade had an opportunity-of-a-lifetime to train with his football idol, despite a horrible attack by an unhinged fan, causing for his brain to get swollen. Everything was now on the line for Cameron, debating to leave the sport for his health or to endure and show how much he was committed to the sport he grew up with.

As for Thena Naig, she was also invited by Cameron's mentor/idol to perform for the combine, calling this a 'once-in-a-lifetime' opportunity to expand her career. Athena came into the music industry, starting everything from the bottom. Now, she won the world's heart for her authenticity, creativity, and her voice. Of course, she's won awards for producing, her vocals, and for her electrifying performances.

As days passed at the combine, things took a turn for both Cameron and Thena. Cameron's relationship with Jasmine had crumbled with her infidelity, and Athena had secretly, and quite frankly, uncontrollably, had grown attached to Cameron, and the people at the combine has noticed. With both of their respective careers on the line, they are left with 2 difficult choices: to confess, or to forever hide their longing and desire for each other.
