This is the sequel to my fanfiction "NEPTUNE: 4 - Ashes Never Lie, part 2" and volume 5 of my series "NEPTUNE". The story takes place immediately after Volume 3. Veronica and Logan are still investigating the military killer. The investigation progresses while their hearts continue collide.
