Forever Never

Ace Hummingbird is an athletic and spry African American boy whose parents seemingly died in a tragic car crash while he was still young. His two childhood friends, Spero, a tall, rough, and strong Euro-American girl that comes from a wealthy family, and Tyrann Lichtenberg, a large but kind young man with strong German roots are all students to a high school in the city of Portland Oregon. Though it bears the same name, this city has significant differences from the one in our world.

Soon after they begin to seemingly develop strange and magical abilities, a large creature rampages through the streets before it is taken down by Ace. They then learn of a world-wide organization known as Hunters, who hunt down horrifying monsters that form in the world, using magic and tools while remaining unknown to the wider population. They decide to stay and join a program to become Hunters. They come to find out that there are greater threats then just Beasts, and must fight to survive and protect others against a group that aim to destroy everyone's very way of life.
