This story came from a writing competition I did on (Writingbattle.com), thought it'd be fun to post it here even if it didn't win, still something I'm proud of.
The Prompts:
Genre-Underdog Story
Character-Nightwatch
Object-Bell
The Goal was to keep the writing within like 500 to 1000 words if I'm remembering correctly. Constructive Criticism is alright with me. I'm planning on making a full story of this at some point.
The cover is AI, sorry needed something, and I'm way to broke right now. The story hasn't been touched by AI, it's all my skills which means Grammar being bad and words just missing because my brain moves faster than my hands sometimes.

Not The Villain
"I'm not the villain. I'm not the heroine either. And at this point- I'm starting to think that might be a problem." Hi. I'm Amanda. Or... I was. Now I'm stuck in someone else's body-Cassiane's-and apparently, she had a lot going on. I thought transmigrating would mean a fresh start. Maybe some plot armor. Maybe even a dramatic glow-up. Instead, I got chaos. And whatever this story is... it's definitely not going the way it's supposed to.Complete
