Skyler Vaughn thought she had left the wrestling world behind.

Once a respected champion in WWE, Skyler stepped away from the ring after the sudden death of her husband, beloved superstar Adrian Vaughn.

Now a single mother of three, she's spent years rebuilding her life and protecting the small family she has left - Gideon, the quiet teenager who remembers his father all too well; Wren, the fearless dreamer determined to follow in her parents' footsteps; and little Lottie, who at now 8 years old still carries a stuffed koala her father bought before she was born.

Cody has known Skyler for years - back when they were both building their careers in the same locker room. Back when he admired her quietly while she built a life with someone else.
