This is a true personal narrative about a day when everything I had been carrying finally became too much to hide.

What started as a normal morning-getting dressed, going to school, pretending everything was fine-slowly unraveled into a crisis that forced the truth into the open. Conversations with school staff, a visit to the hospital, and the fear of what would happen next all became part of a day I will never forget.

Not Here. Not Now. tells the story of what it feels like to reach a breaking point while trying to hold together responsibilities, family pressures, and the expectations of everyone around you. It is a firsthand account of struggling with mental health, confronting the reality of needing help, and the complicated emotions that come with it.

This story is not fiction. It is a reflection on one of the hardest days of my life and the moments that followed when I could no longer pretend I was okay
