Hey, mein Name ist Sophie (nicht mein echter Name) und ich bin 16 Jahre alt. Seit 2023 bin ich in Therapie, aber irgendwie bringt mir das alles nichts. Und so die Idee: ich möchte meine Gedanken und Gefühle mit jemandem teilen, mit euch. Genau so wird diese Geschichte sein. Nicht beschönigt, nicht romantisiert. Einfach offen und unzensiert. Im Kopf schwirren viele Gedanken, die ich einfach nicht ordnen kann. Ich werde wahrscheinlich viel über meine Therapie sprechen, meine Geschichte, Gedanken und Gefühle, mein Weg. Er ist nicht so wie es am liebsten alle Therapeuten hätten. Er sieht so aus, dass ich nicht weis ob ich das alles überhaupt noch will. Ob die Kraft und Motivation noch da ist. Denn ich glaube das ist sie nicht.
