The name "combined worlds" was taken as an inspiration from the ending of Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite where both worlds merge at the end of the story.

In that moment however, God stripped him of both his powers and his life, turning the hero hunter to salt, but Saitama would persevere and undo the actions of Garou's cosmic fear form, and the hunter would see Tareo one last time before his soul fade into the aether... Only for another deity to snatch up his soul and offer him a second chance in another world of heroes. So I thought of this at like 2 in the morning and wrote a bunch of notes and I'm surprised no one else had done it.
