You've heard of the Olympians.

Zeus. Lightning. Drama. Family issues. The usual.

They like to think they're ancient.

That's cute.

We were here before Olympus had a logo. Before thunder was trademarked. Before anyone decided destiny needed rhyming couplets.

For a very brief, extremely chaotic period of time, we were called gods.

That didn't last.

Mortals forgot our names. The Olympians stopped returning our calls. (Rude.) Temples fell. Stories faded. It was all very tragic and poetic.

Which would've been fine.

Except eternity is long.

And we get bored.

So we did what any reasonable primordial embodiments of humanity's worst traits would do.

We jumped into the River Lethe.
We became demigods.
We forgot everything.

For twenty years.

That was the plan.

It worked.
