This story reimagines Issei Hyoudou from High School DxD as a human revolutionary instead of a hero. He still becomes the Red Dragon Emperor and wields the sacred gear Boosted Gear, which contains Ddraig. The difference lies in his goal.
Issei believes humanity has lived under the shadow of devils, angels, and other supernatural races for too long. Instead of protecting that system, he decides to destroy it. Inspired by the ideology and strategy of Cao Cao, Issei becomes the leader of a human movement that seeks to end supernatural influence on Earth.
Using the power of one of the thirteen Longinus sacred gears, Issei begins gathering allies, sacred gear users, and forbidden knowledge. His objective is clear. Break the balance between the supernatural factions and force them out of the human world forever.
This path turns him into the greatest enemy of the supernatural world. Devils like Rias Gremory see him as a dangerous human who refuses to submit. Warriors like Vali Lucifer view him as a worthy rival who challenges the natural order.
Now the Red Dragon Emperor stands against every faction. Angels, devils, fallen angels, and dragons must unite to stop a single human who believes humanity should rule its own world.
In this story, Issei Hyoudou is no hero. He is the beginning of a war meant to erase the supernatural forever.
