Deep Memories

!WIP! --> This so-called "story" is currently in very, very early development. Many things are yet to come, change and be polished. The book cover is still being worked on. The name for the characters are not chosen yet and the plot's details may change in the future.
Whether this is a low-budget story, or a decent one, it's for the reader to tell. As of right now, my experience regarding plots is pretty vast and unknown at the same time, so we'll see where this story goes.

Enough chitchat. Let's get to the description:

Child of abusive parents with a ruined life, Theodore finds himself in a rather strange situation. With each day, more and more nightmares occur during very specific moments, like looking at the sky while lying on grass, or eating sweets that carry emotional value, reminding of *The Past*. Those "visions" are not what they seem, though. The content of them is familiar... too familiar, which raises questions regarding Theo's parents. Not only that their abusive behavior is weird, but the pattern they usually choose to follow is disturbing. One noticeable tradition of theirs is how they keep hiding strange bottles containing purple granules of an unknown material to Theodore. Or at least, that's what he believes.
Terrorized of the situation he's in, Theo needs to find answers about what could potentially be the cause of these mysterious nightmares and how to reach the freedom he's been longing for a very long time.
