Atticus comes off as fearless, confident, and impossible to read. Truth is, he's giving up, lashing out at the world for letting him down. The grief of losing his brother, the violence he carries in his hands, and the weight of a destiny he never chose to have backed him into a corner with no way out. Until a late-night taco run. He doesn't want to notice Miles. But he does. And following that pull, unknowingly becomes the most dangerous thing he's ever done. More dangerous than the fights, the fractured family, the secrets he's determined to bury with himself. Bruised skin. Bloody knuckles. Smashed car windows. Scared hands. What do we sacrifice for the people we love? What do we hide to survive the people who are supposed to love us? Loud Silence - Book Two runs parallel to Book One, but this time, we're on the other side of the glass. Face-to-face with the monsters. ⚠️ Trigger & Content Warning ⚠️ Loud Silence contains boy x boy romance and deals with heavy mental health themes, including depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, abuse (emotional, physical, and sexual), sexual identity struggles, and death. I do everything I can to portray these themes honestly and respectfully. Reader discretion is strongly advised.

Caelus Vaughan thought things were going well for him. That is until his roommate screwed him over, causing him to get evicted. Not wanting to return to his toxic family, he only has one place he can go until he can find another place: His ex-husband's house. Caelus and Sullivan's marriage didn't exactly end amicably two years ago, so it takes a bit of convincing for Sullivan to let Caelus stay temporarily. However, temporary seems to be longer than they both expected. And staying in the same house seems to make suppressed feelings come to surface.
