Every night at midnight, a boy stands in the ocean.

He watches the waves.
He watches the shore.
And he waits.

When Surf returns to the small fishing village he grew up in, he begins seeing the mysterious stranger in the sea-calm, quiet, and impossibly familiar.

The boy calls himself Java.

But Java died ten years ago.

As forgotten memories resurface and the ocean whispers its secrets, Surf begins to uncover a love that was never meant to end.
