Sometimes, in life, certain instances can occur. Certain instances that make living your life improbable, and sinking onto your bed with tears, Oreos and Netflix (likely snot, too) unavoidable. But that is very much part of life, poor hygiene and all, along with smug married couples who look down upon your single ass, that one professor who makes you feel like the worst criminal to ever walk the planet simply for being unable to keep up with their rapid lecture, oh, the list was endless. And Donna Peters was one of those people who realized that life seemed to be trying to thwart her in every small way possible. She was also one of those people who felt bad whenever she thought ill of her life, for she knew people struggled worse than her. Even if she had been taught everyday that she mattered. But one day, she decided that enough was enough. And cue the new beginning. ▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎

Jake and Connor have been through a lot together over the years, and some would say that they are more like brothers than most biological ones. In a lot of ways, they have always been the rocks of their families. But the thing about rocks, is that sometimes they crack. And when that happens, they need someone else to fill in the holes. They've always had each other to do this for one another, but for the first time, they find themselves beginning look to other people for help. Perhaps hurt people are meant to stay hurt. But perhaps more than one broken heart can come together to take their collective hurt away.
