Carrie Trench - a normal girl from high school - finally moves out of her parents house and faces freedom, she finds her best friend - and like a brother - Otis Young to be moving out too. They decide to rent a flat and begin a teenage garage band with their friends and find themselves surving off ramen noodles and flat cola. But over time, "Save Stacys Haven" really makes a break for it.
