I've finally published the very first poem that I wrote when I was 19 years old. It's about friendship, first love, and a first date-written by a hopeless romantic chasing feelings I couldn't fully name back then.
This poem was inspired by one of my favorite books, The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks. It's about revisiting memories and the quiet moments from the time when two hearts first met, when everything still felt new and magical.
It captures the fleeting magic of first love, the innocence of a first crush, and the quiet wonder of hearts that continue to remember each other even across time and distance ✨

꧁❀~☞ •:༺🎀༻ 𝕄𝕒𝕙𝕚 ༺🎀༻:• ☜~❀꧂ Ⓣⓗⓔⓘⓡ ⓛⓘⓣⓣⓛⓔ ⓟⓡⓘⓝⓒⓔⓢⓢ He stared at her and she looked back with her wide, doe like eyes, tears began to well up in those beautiful hazel depths, shimmering like broken glass, without a moment's hesitation, he gently pulled her into a hug, shielding her from the world "Calm down, princess. See your papa is alright" he said, softly stroking her hair "N-no yo-you ar-are ly-lying y-you a-are no-not we-well" she said between hiccups ( No, you are lying, you are not well ) She hugged him tightly, like if she let go, he would disappear ❖ She looked at them in confusion, not understanding why they were laughing at her Mr. Handsome "Why are you all making fun of Mr. Handsome? You shouldn't do that, you all know Mr. Handsome is god's favorite" She said cutely, her lips forming into a pout "How do you know if he's god's favorite or not?"
