" (Y/N)! Hurry up will you? Your friends are here!" The crisp sound of (M/N) rang out as you struggled to open your eyes.

The door opened revealing four guys and a girl, not surprised to see you barely awake.

" Good morning (Y/N), stayed up all night reading again?" Voiced Nishino Mizuko with a small smile.

" You look terrible, (N/N)!" Izumi Airu tried his best to fix your hair, tugging your locks softly.

" Hahaha! (Y/N) every morning your hair sticks out in a different direction! What are you, an effortlessly looking mohawk gangster?" Hazawa Kizuki continued to laugh out loud, " Sorry (Y/N), can't defend you there. Pft!" Hoshikawa Shugo covered his mouth as they both leaned on each other laughing.

" Why do you guys do this every morning knowing full well of the consequences that comes after? Sigh.." Kashiwagi Shin stepped aside giving space to you not wanting to be involved. You cracked your knuckles as you jumped on top of the two guys.

After a sound beating, you carried your backpack and walked away satisfied.

" What a bunch of cowards sprawled on the floor! The two of you can never defeat me."

" (Y/N)! Just you wait!"

" Why would I? Baka! Only a fool would listen to you." You chuckled proudly as you ran ahead getting a head start.

The rest of your childhood friends soon found themselves running after the energetic you with wide smiles.

Your adolescence is just starting!

I would really recommend you to watch the anime, but if not, it's also perfectly okay!
