"Silas!" Elliot's voice broke through the laughter. Guilt and fear tearing through his chest at the sight.
Elliot swallowed hard, his eyes flicking to the fire raging below. The heat prickled his skin, but it was nothing compared to the ache in his chest. His gaze rose to meet Silas'.
