After being mistaken for someone she is not, Rosie is pulled into a group of survivors known as the "getaways". Caught in a brutal conflict between her newfound family and a group of power-hungry jerks, she finds herself fighting in a war while batteling something even more dangerous from the inside. In a world overrun by the awoken dead, it is not the monsters that haunt you the most, it's the people who learned to survive them, and learning to trust again would be harder than risking her life outside everyday.
