Returning from the Woods

The war has ended, and ended in peace. One of the twin kingdoms, Mardicagal, is being rebuilt, and the former citizens of Olidentia are trying to rebuild their kingdom.
Though their attempts will be hopeless.
From the woods comes a dark force, constantly setting back progress. It comes and goes, so fast nobody can tell what it is. Never is it able to be found. Never has anyone been able to catch it.
Never are there any survivors.
Zoe Nightshade, who is currently taking over the role of Queen of Olidentia, has finally given in, and is asking for help. But this force seems to be getting more and more dangerous, and with spies around every kingdom, there's no way of knowing who to trust.
