Furytumble is struggling with his past. What he did. Even though he was an apprentice, that doesn't justify anything. Now, he is given a chance of redemption- Rainpaw, his new apprentice.
Rainpaw never felt like she belonged in the clan, overworking to prove it to herself. Then, as a new danger comes, she sees a way to make herself known. Someone died all those moons ago, and she's determined to find out who.
Joypaw died too young, never with the chance to have a mentor. She should hate her brother for what he did. But she doesn't. She can't. It's just not her. Now, she tries to guide both mentor and apprentice to be cats that they can be proud of.

If Anakin Skywalker (Darth Vader) Survived In ROTJ
This story is based on the YouTube video by The Stupendous Wave, detailing what might've happened if Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader had survived the second Death Star (I also added a few extra scenes). The storyline belongs to The Stupendous Wave (except the extra scenes I added), and some of the wording from the original video is also repeated in this "what-if" story. However, I will admit that along the way, much of this short story was morphed into basically Anakin cuddling his children (which was something that I personally wanted to see happen). I know this strays from the original plot line, and I'm sincerely sorry, but I simply couldn't fight the urge to add these extra, "fluffier" scenes. (Again, I'm sorry if you'd rather have read a version that stuck solely to the original Youtube video.) All characters are the property of Disney and Lucasfilm, no copyright infringement intended. -Yes, I know I'm just a beginner at writing, but I really wanted to write this to give Anakin a happier ending, so hopefully The Stupendous Wave doesn't mind me doing this. Talonpaw doesn't want to live a life like this, but what choice does she have? When a series of events lands her and PrideClan into a strange new world called Embala, however, the chance for her wings to finally unfurl for herself finally becomes real.
