Florence Margaret Sterling Young is moving to Ireland with her family well her new family. Florence's don't want to leave she has friends there real friend's the kind that don't come by often but she would never tell her mum that because for the first she can remember her mum looks happy. so she buries her feelings so down that no one will notice. at least one good thing will come from this she will be able to spend more time with her cousin Lizzie Young.

Podge Grey Kelly has one goal and thats too do well in school get a good job to help his dad rise his little sister Maeve who is only 12. but then something happens while his way with friend's in the summer holidays and he has to but that gaol is put aside to take care of his sister and work on there farm.
