Lei Hovne was a normal student who went to U.A. Sure, she was heavily recommended and had a powerful quirk. But she was just lucky for that.

And yeah, sure, her looks were on the unusual side, but that was just genetics and luck.

So on the logical side, Lei isnt some higher beings reincarnation. Right?

That was what Lei thought, until a scientist specializing in quirks and mythology, claims someone in her class was the reincarnation of god-like beings called Xian. Or more specifically,

A Nushen. (Female goddess)

This story is inspired by Chinese Mythology. (But my knowledge of it kinda sucks so it might not be so good.

User is capable of utilizing stars to their will. They can give the stars different properties, different shapes, make them move, the possibilities are endless. The quirk is stronger at night, because stars are more visible at night, and also because the sun out glows the stars.
Looks : Long silver hair, usually in space buns. Has heterochromia, one blue eye, one pink eye. (Just imagine Miku with those looks)
