Etawmí, the fierce and skilled twin sister of Neteyam, is a protector at heart - trained as a warrior and unmatched with a bow, she will go to any length to keep her family safe. When the Sky People return and target her father, Jake Sully, the Sully family is forced to leave their forest home to protect their people.
They seek refuge with the Metkayina clan, ocean-dwelling Na'vi who are wary of the newcomers. Struggling to adapt to the unfamiliar and dangerous waters, Etawmí balances her role as a strong warrior with her softer, playful side as an older sister, guiding Kiri, Lo'ak, and Tuk while standing beside Neteyam as his equal.
As tensions rise and danger looms closer, Etawmí begins to feel the weight of what's coming. Though she learns to move with the water and earns the respect of the Metkayina, her deepest fear remains losing the people she loves most.
And when that fear becomes reality, Etawmí's grief will transform her into something far more dangerous than before - a warrior who no longer fights just to protect... but to avenge.
