Twelve-year-old Cody Burns is used to being the "little brother" of Griffin Rock's famous rescue team. He's the one who stays behind, the one who watches from the monitors, and the one who always follows the rules. But all of that changes the night he finds a trail of glowing violet fluid leading into the deep shadows of the mountains.
He didn't find a stray animal. He found a old Toyota car which was damaged to broken, The young burns took it as a project to repair after his past lessons with graham and boulder, the car was anything but ordinary.

Blackfyre, An obsidian-clad Autobot with haunting lilac optics and a jagged past, Blackfyre is a fugitive from the Cybertroian world Cody barely understands. Framed for a crime he didn't commit and bleeding out in a cold Earth garage, the exiled general has no one left to trust-until a "chipmunk" of a human boy decides to lock the door and pick up a wrench.

Now, Cody is living a double life. By day, he's the helpful son of the Chief. By night, he's an amateur Cybertronian medic, performing secret surgeries and pulling off "energon heists" right under the noses of the Rescue Bots.

But as the bond between the boy and the sarcastic, vain, and surprisingly protective bot grows, the stakes get higher. With the Rescue Bots growing suspicious and Griffin Rock's enemies still lurking in the town, Cody must decide: How far will he go to protect the bot who changed his life?
