Zyrelith is a Deepwraith, a mine-born shadowy creature from the dark fortress of Nirak, where survival is a daily struggle. The name reflects her nature: a being of the deep, a shadow that can strike with deadly force. After completing the Storm-bout with outstanding results and earning the fire seal as recognition, she is unexpectedly placed in the service of the newly ascended kobold king, Drekkan Thal'gar. As his Shadow Courier, she guards him, keeps his secrets, and contends with her own dark shadow-a dangerous double capable of killing anyone it perceives as a threat.
