Reality itself has a guardian, the Omniversal Protection Corps. Worlds can be infected with anomalies that bleed across realities. When distortions begin to plague the High School DxD universe-moments repeating over and over, Sacred Gears failing to stabilize, visions of lives that defy all logic-the OPC sends in a rookie team to find out what's going on. Susanna of Remnant, Charles and Haruka from the Type-Moon universe, and Seiji, a native of DxD, must get along if they have any hope of stopping the anomaly before it tears their world to pieces.
