He couldn't really place his finger on it, but in all honesty, he just hadn't been feeling himself lately.
It felt selfish for him to feel the way he did, but with the media constantly crowding him and the hatred, it had all been adding up. . .
His teammates hadn't noticed much. . . he really hoped they didn't. Maybe he could fix it before it all fell apart. Before he fell apart.
And now, at the trials of one of their greatest competitions, expectations are high, and all that pressure can get too much.
Will Shakes be able to fix himself and make it out alive? Or will he crack under the pressure and take extreme measures?
