Playing The Cards Right

Anastasia Solovyova has, for the most part, lived comfortably amongst the aristocracy. Whilst she's lived with her mother in Russia for most of her life, her father, Nikolai, resided in New York City in the United States, working as a successful politician, and has done for the last 7 years.

After taking a gap year, she follows in her father's footsteps, taking a uni course in law.

However, in the midst of a fiery conflict with her father, she ends up destroying a contract keeping the most respectable yet dangerous man in the city at bay, now allowing him to unleash his fury upon the Solovyov family.

Despite all signs pointing towards danger and deceit, Ana remains oblivious to the less legal activities performed by her father and enemy, putting their suspicious behaviour up to being due to arrogance and spite for each other.
