"Now I'm going to ask you one more time" I said between gritted teeth, starring at the shell of a man by my feet, who shook in terror. "Get out of my house and away from my family"

Matthew Lloyd sauntered round campus with his signature stern look, thick black leather jacket and occasionally a cigarette in his fingers, leaving a trail of smoke and a lingering scent of tobacco and cologne wherever he went.

He soon befriended a small, delicate and lost girl. Known as Hazel. Hazel soon studied that Matt wasn't everything he seemed, he too was fragile behind his hard shell and had seen more than someone his age should, so much so that his councillor retired...

But why? How many times did Matt see something that scarred him for the rest of his life?

!A SHORT STORY SPIN-OFF OF MATT LLOYD FROM THE BOOK REMEMBERING OUR SUMMER, TO FULLY UNDERSTAND I RECOMMEND READING TWISF AND ROS FIRST!

{18+ COMPLETED • COLLEGE ROMANCE} When a college freshman with a learning disability and a reputation collides with a straight-A, straight-laced girl in the dorm kitchen one night, he sees the darkest parts of himself reflected in her. But the two of them resist acknowledging their hidden truths, and their forbidden connection, until ignoring it all becomes too perilous. *** Bren meets Madie during his first week at college, and he's certain he should have nothing to do with her. First of all, Madie has a boyfriend. And second of all, Madie's boyfriend radiates a toxicity that Bren only just escaped from growing up. But knowing what he should do doesn't help him at all. Madie might be completely entwined with her abusive boyfriend, but Bren quickly becomes determined to unravel her. But can Bren open Madie's eyes to the truth before it's too late? *** "Don't go back to being treated like you're not real." Madie's lips parted, and I couldn't read the expression on her face. But we were so close now. "You're real, Madie. Feel it." "I feel it," came her breathy reply. When it came to her, I was weak. My legs couldn't hold me anymore, and I slid down. Landing on my knees, I kneeled back against the bottom of the cold door, letting it cool my hot skin. "Good girl." The words were more of a pant; I could barely catch a breath with the way my heart was racing. But I had to tell her, talk to her. "Now, never forget it. Never forget the way you feel right now, Madie." **MATURE AUDIENCES ONLY** This story contains sensitive topics such as abuse, violence, and explicit sexual content.

~some things you just can't speak about.~ // hazel eloise finley's old english and frankly quite pretentious name was never released to public whenever she survived the shooting at her high school. not even after the paramedics took her away with a severe bullet wound to the calf or even whenever she drug and hopped herself outside for medical attention afterwards either. only known as the jane doe that survived a school shooting, and the years of physical therapy, permanent nerve damage and chronic pain proved to be the least of her worries. it took years of therapy, hospitalizations, and prescriptions for her to even feel ready to start college after high school. and whenever she did, much like her name, she was determined to bury it. despite the trauma she went on to become one of the most gifted music majors enrolled at the prestigious university in Nashville, TN, an honors student, a residential advisor, and slowly making her way to the student council someday. Though just coming into her sophomore year, a heavily tattooed literature major transfers into the room across from hers that throws everything off track. Julien Rose Baker infuriated her at first, not only because her friends and roommates were loud and obnoxious and stayed up all hours of the night playing loud music and probably doing anything but studying, but because she was better than her, in every sense of the word. sight reading music without missing a beat or a note, shredding her guitar in nearly every practice room, leaving most professors in awe of her vocal range, and not to mention the writings of hers read during some of the english classes the two shared. it was jealousy at its finest. though whenever an unexpected turn of events leaves hazel almost having no choice but to be vulnerable, something else besides avoiding her dorm neighbor might turn into something else. ~ TW for gun violence, ptsd, anxiety, depression, etc...

*WARNIO!! This is my second book I wrote on Wattpad. THERE will be mistakes!* Read at yo own dang risk! "Who is she?" "Can you get me her number?" "Can you shut up, she is right there." I watch as the boys whisper in front of me. I raise my eyebrows and wait until they realize that I am standing only a few feet away from them. "I'm V, no you can't have my number, and yeah I'm right here." I eye all three of the boys with curiosity. And they seem to be doing the same to me. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I'm known as the baddest of them all. The one who has no past. The one that doesn't even give you a glance. Because I don't need to waste my time on others. People can see my outside, leather jacket, ripped jeans, chewing bubblegum. But people can't see what's on the inside, unless you let them in. And only one person has ever seen me for... me. I'm just a normal 17 year old girl grieving with a dark past. But on the outside I'm a 18 year old girl with a bad reputation. Three new transfer students come into Valentine's life. There names are Axel, Phoenix, and Shepherd. Valentine needs help with the unbearable grief that life throws her way. And maybe... just maybe these three unique boys can help with that. But Valentine seems to forget that they are just strangers. She didn't know the past the boys hide behind their black sunglasses. They might get her in trouble, but they will get her out of it too. *There is a sequel to this book: The Wildest* ^^^^^^^^^^^^^ #119 youngadult 7/9/18 #24 action-adventure 8/10/18 #59 loss 8/11/18 #353 adventure 8/13/18 #10 grieving 8/20/18 #7 badreputation 9/3/18
