I love writing poetry. It offers me a way to calm my mind when I feel drenched in chaos. It helps untangle the messy, noisy knots in my mind and it's a literary art I can use to express the cross sensory way I experience the world through synaesthesia.

A Mia & Siobhan story starting at Halloween 2023 (Saturday 28 October 2023). Prequel to What Happens In Between. Mia looks back on the past, how she first met Siobhan and how they became friends and drifted apart. This is part (first five chapters) taken from my main fic "what happens in between" - I feel it can be a standalone story so I am posting it but making a lot of edits as I go so it will be the same as the five chapters within WHIB, but some additions and adjustments to make it standalone.Complete

See your papa is alright" he said, softly stroking her hair "N-no yo-you ar-are ly-lying y-you a-are no-not we-well" she said between hiccups ( No, you are lying, you are not well ) She hugged him tightly, like if she let go, he would disappear ❖ She looked at them in confusion, not understanding why they were laughing at her Mr. Handsome "Why are you all making fun of Mr. Handsome? You shouldn't do that, you all know Mr. Handsome is god's favorite" She said cutely, her lips forming into a pout "How do you know if he's god's favorite or not?"
